Return acceptance is at the sole discretion of FatBelly

We do not accept returned items that have been used unless the product is damaged or defective or falls under our 100% guarantee.

Also, to ensure that your returns are received by FatBelly, please make sure to add insurance to your parcels through your preferred mail delivery service.

Shipping fees are only eligible for refund when the original items were either shipped incorrectly by Fat Belly or damaged. All other shipping fees are nonrefundable.

A return shipping label must be adhered to the outside of the package with the return number visible, provided by FatBelly

Please allow up to two weeks for the return to be processed, at which time a credit or exchange will be made. If you wish to inquire about your return please call Customer Service or email us at contact@fatbellyusa.com .  Our hours are Mon-Fri 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
